Commercial door closer installation and adjustment.
A door closer pulls the door shut and latched every time, which is what makes the lock actually work. Lock Raven installs, adjusts, and replaces commercial door closers, including LCN closers, so doors close at a safe speed, latch fully, and do not slam.

Signs a closer needs attention
- The door slams, or closes so slowly it is held open by drafts.
- The door stops short and does not latch, leaving it unlocked.
- Oil on the floor or on the closer body, a sign of a failed seal.
- The arm is bent or the door has to be pushed hard to open.
Adjust, repair, or replace
Many closers only need their sweep and latch speeds adjusted. A leaking closer has to be replaced. When replacing, we match the closer to the door's size, weight, and traffic, and to whether the door needs to open easily for accessibility.

Door closers: common questions.
Straight answers, without the upsell.
Why does a closer matter for security?
If the door does not fully close and latch, the lock is not doing anything. A properly adjusted closer is part of keeping the door secure.
Can a closer be adjusted instead of replaced?
Often, yes. Closing speed, latching speed, and backcheck can be adjusted. A closer that leaks oil needs to be replaced.
How much will it cost?
It depends on the hardware, the door, and the number of locks, so we price every job before any work starts. Call with the details, or send the quote form, and you will have a price before you commit to anything.
