Agreement to terms

By using this website or requesting service from Lock Raven ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or request service.

About Lock Raven

Lock Raven is a licensed locksmith business (MD Locksmith License #737) providing commercial, residential, and automotive locksmith services, based at 1134 York Rd, Ste 309, Timonium, MD 21093.

Estimates & pricing

We provide a quote before any work begins. Final pricing may vary from an initial estimate if the actual scope of work differs once a technician assesses the job on-site, for example, hardware that turns out to need replacement rather than repair. We'll always confirm any change in price with you before proceeding.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, checks, and digital payments (Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Scheduling & cancellation

Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at (410) 449-4940. Emergency/on-call service is subject to technician availability at the time of the request.

Service warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms for parts and labor will be discussed and, where applicable, provided in writing at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on hardware are separate from and in addition to any labor warranty we provide.

Identity verification

For lockout and rekeying services, we may ask for proof of residence, vehicle ownership, or other reasonable verification before performing work, consistent with standard locksmith industry practice and licensing requirements.

Website use

This website and its content, including text, design, photos, and logo, belong to Lock Raven and may not be copied or reused without permission. Contact forms on this site are processed by FormSubmit and protected by Google reCAPTCHA; see our Privacy Policy for details on how submitted information is handled.

Limitation of liability

While we take care in every job, Lock Raven is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from locksmith services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Maryland law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for damage directly caused by our negligence during the performance of a job.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
