Smart lock installation for homes and small businesses.
A smart lock replaces or adds to a deadbolt so you can lock and unlock with a code, a phone, or remotely, and see who came and went. Lock Raven installs smart locks and keypad deadbolts from brands like Schlage, Yale, and August on homes, rentals, and small offices, and sets them up so they are ready to use when we leave.

Before you buy one
- Check the door. Door thickness, backset, and the condition of the frame matter. A smart lock on a weak frame is still a weak door.
- Pick how you will control it: keypad codes, app, voice assistant, or a hub.
- Plan for batteries. Most smart locks warn you when batteries are low and many keep a key override.
- Rentals and offices benefit most from codes you can give and remove remotely.

Smart locks: common questions.
Straight answers, without the upsell.
Do smart locks still have a key?
Many do, as a backup if batteries die. Some keypad models have no key and use a backup power contact instead. We will explain the backup on the model you choose.
Can you install a smart lock I already bought?
Usually, yes. We check it fits the door, install it, and set it up with you.
How much will it cost?
It depends on the hardware, the door, and the number of locks, so we price every job before any work starts. Call with the details, or send the quote form, and you will have a price before you commit to anything.
